1.Entrepreneurs are team-oriented, whereas wantrepreneurs are self-centred

One of the most important differences between these two kinds of people is their work-related mindset. Entrepreneurs aim to come up on top along with their team. They strive and they lead their whole team to success. On the other hand, wantrepreneurs are more selfish. They believe that the only person that matters in the whole organization is they themselves.

This basic belief portrays entrepreneurs as leaders and wantrepreneurs as dictators and it is one of the major reasons why the latter do not taste success.

2.Failure is just a stepping stone for entrepreneurs, whereas even a small disturbance discourages wantrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs keep moving no matter how hard the journey is. They do not see failure as a loss. Instead, hardship makes them work harder and smarter to achieve what they believe in. In the contrary, wantrepreneurs are easily broken down by the smallest of obstacles. They complain a lot instead of working and it takes them a lot of time to get up after they have fallen.

3.Entrepreneurs are in for the society and to be the best, wantrepreneurs are only in for the money

A very big difference between the two kinds of business aspirants is that the former aims to be the best among everyone else in the industry. They wish to serve the society and reach new highs. Once one goal is achieved, they always know what they will be doing next.

Wantrepreneurs only care about the money. They get into the whole startup business only because they want to be rich and they believe it’s an easy path to follow. Instead of serving society, wantrepreneurs believe in just fulfilling their own desires.

4.Entrepreneurs are flexible, whereas wantrepreneurs require constant counselling and meetings

Entrepreneurs do not worry about parameters changing around them. They adapt very quickly and love to play the game. Wantrepreneurs, on the other hand, call out for multiple meetings and counselling sessions to fill out all the troubles and changes. They require people who are better than them on the team to make sure the business doesn’t float.

5.Entrepreneurs follow their passion, whereas wantrepreneurs are following a trend

Entrepreneurs enter the business because they have a vision and they aim to make it a reality. The latter, however, are just following the modern trend of getting a business up and running and making a lot of money out of it.
